Hire of Conference Room:
TREC’s Conference Room is situated away from the main office area of The Race Equality Centre.
The Conference room is 500 square feet, which will accommodate up to 20 people (including trainers/facilitators etc) in a boardroom or training style.
Charges:
£15.00 per hour plus vat
This charge includes flipchart paper/stand, pens/pencils, OHP and screen.
Refreshments:
Tea/coffee
£1.50
Other Facilities:
The building has disabled access at the entrance, with lifts to all offices.A kitchen area is available for the preparation of refreshments.
